Write things you'd be happy to have said out loud. Anything abusive, threatening or unlawful isn't welcome here.

Please don't use Kindword to share confidential, highly sensitive or harmful personal information about someone else. Keep it to what you'd say to them directly. We may decline to relay anything abusive, threatening, illegal or clearly harmful.

After sending, we sometimes ask a few short questions about how it felt. Answering is entirely optional, and your answers are linked to the sender details you gave us. There is more detail on the Privacy page.

No payments, accounts or guarantees yet. When those arrive, we'll write proper terms and tell you.
